Beautiful creativity and craftsmanship from Fran Garcia Vasquez, a daughter of famed Oaxacan folk artist, Josefina Aguilar. Fran lives in her family’s village of Ocotlán de Morelos, Oaxaca and is a folk artist award winner and just a lovely person.
