This charming Mexican folk art heart is made to hang on the wall.

The handbuilt clay heart is painted after firing. The flowers of the nopal cactus (tuna) complete the piece plus a wire at the top makes for easy hanging.

Artisan: Concepción Aguilar is a Mexican folk artist working with clay in Ocotlán de Morelos, Oaxaca. She is one of the many famous Aguilar family relatives working in this medium that we visit twice a year.

Available in two shades of green: dark and bright.

Size: Approximately 6” wide x 5” long and 1/2” thick

Each one is hand painted so no two are exactly alike.
