This Mexican folk art charming heart is made to hang on the wall.

The hand built clay heart is painted after firing. The flowers of the nopal cactus (tuna) complete the piece. A wire at the top makes for easy hanging.

Artisan: Concepción Aguilar is a Mexican folk artist working with clay in Ocotlán de Morelos, Oaxaca. She is one of the many famous Aguilar family relatives working in this medium that we visit twice a year.

Available in three shades of green from lightest to darkest. 

Size: Approximately 5” x 5” and 1/2” thick

Each one is hand painted so no two are exactly alike.
