Concepción Aguilar and her children made this mexican folk art ceramic Frida Kahlo piece with a bug body—capturing some of Frida’s surrealism.

The Aguilars are one of Oaxaca’s famous folk art clay maker families. They live in the town of Ocotlán, a village about 45 minutes from the city of Oaxaca.
