A beautifully carved and painted spotted wooden dog carved in Oaxaca.

Artisan: Jaime Santiago is a talented wood carver in La Union, Oaxaca. He is part of the extended Santiago family.  Jaime is a farmer but he also create these wooden animals sometimes called alebrijes. Ordered and purchased from Jaime this March. He is a favorite to visit. Just look at that smile and you’ll know why.
