The women in the town of Santo Tomás Jalieza, Oaxaca weave cotton on a backstrap loom and create runners, pillows, and purses. The backstrap loom is an important weaving piece used since pre-Columbian times. 

The white threads are raised and create a subtle, textured pattern.

Finished with hand tied fringe.

Care: Wash on delicate cycle with cold water and hang to dry.
